SCHALENVERBUND
Beim CASCO Monocoque-plus™-Verfahren werden Schale und Kern
zu einem unlösbaren Bauteil verbunden. Dabei entsteht ein leichter,
wie extrem fester Verbundwerkstoff mit höchsten Belastungswerten
und perfektem, fugenfreien Finish. Dieser Helm bietet zusätzlich
einen geschlossenen Schutz der gesamten Helmunterseite für maximale
Seitensteifigkeit und Schlagdämpfungseigenschaft.

SHELL COMPOUND
In the CASCO Monocoque-plus™ process, outer shell and shock
absorbing inner shell are jointed to an inseparable component. This
creates a lightweight as well as extremely solid composite with the
highest stress values and a perfect joint finish. In addition, this
helmet offers complete coverage of the helmet body for maximum stiffness
and shock absorption.

überwacht.
